Follow-up Executive / BDE cum Telecaller – ExcelPTP Solutions, Ahmedabad

  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad

  • Experience: 0-3 Years

    Job Summary

  • ExcelPTP Solutions is looking for a motivated Follow-up Executive / BDE cum Telecaller to manage student inquiries, generate admissions, and build strong relationships with prospective candidates.

  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions through regular follow-ups.

    Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

  • Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.

  • Maintain lead records in CRM/LMS and update daily activities.

  • Explain IT training programs, career opportunities, and fee structures.

  • Schedule counseling sessions and walk-in appointments.

  • Generate new leads through various online and offline sources.

  • Coordinate with counselors, trainers, and the placement team.

    Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.

  • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer handling abilities.

  • Knowledge of lead generation and business development.

  • Experience using CRM/LMS, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

  • Effective use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for productivity.

  • Strong logical thinking, multitasking, and time management skills.

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude and self-motivation.

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 0-3 years of experience in Telecalling, BDE, Education Sales, or Customer Support.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred.
